Personal Training

Personal Training sessions are all about providing you with the knowledge, skill-set and opportunity to create lifestyle changes and achieve your version of a better body.

These sessions allow for extra focus and attention specifically on you and your progress.

We offer personal training sessions either individually (1:1) or with a friend (2:1). All sessions include individualised training programs based on your current fitness levels and specific goals, so you can achieve the results you desire. All personal training packages require a minimum 16 week commitment.

Limited appointments are currently available with Romy Cook and Alana Koellner.
