the 12 weeks, both our team of coaches, Kim, Alana and Romy, as well as your own allocated coach will work with you to:
Stay CONSISTENT in your training either from home or our gym
Stay ACCOUNTABLE to completing your daily habits and tasks
Assist you to REVIEW your nutritional choices on a weekly basis
EDUCATE you on lifestyle topics that will ensure your results last the longer term
REFLECT on your weekly progress and give you and ACTION plan of tasks to work on for the week
As our signature transformation program, we have delivered the Better Body Project to hundreds of clients over the years. More recently we have given it a break so we could review and revamp it, now bringing it back better than ever!
All education content, communication with your coach and daily tasks are delivered via our coaching app, meaning you can choose to participate fully from home, or with us from our Bega gym.*
